Shipping Information

Shipping Within New Zealand

We ship nationwide using reputable courier services.

Standard delivery time is typically 2–5 working days, depending on your location.

Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment is received.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been sent.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Quantity ordered
  • Any promotional or free-shipping offers

Tracking

All orders include tracking.

A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Queries

If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us at hello@hit-kit.com and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident purchasing the HIT Kit. If there’s an issue, we’re here to help.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

We will provide:

  • A replacement
  • Or a full refund
  • And a prepaid return label (if required)

You may be asked for a photo to help us assess the issue quickly.

Change-of-Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns at our discretion, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • You contact us within 14 days of receiving it
  • You cover the return shipping cost

Once the item is returned and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items that have been opened
  • Used components
  • Products not returned in original condition

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you received the wrong item or part of your order is missing, please let us know within 7 days and we will correct the issue promptly.

How to Request a Return

Please email hello@hit-kit.com with:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or faulty)

We will reply with next steps within 1–2 working days.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Depending on your bank, the refund may take additional time to appear in your account.
